Pr\u00e0ctica online"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p style=\"color:#5a2987\" class=\"has-text-color\">La viv\u00e8ncia actual que estem visquent ens obliga a estar-nos a casa, a recollir-nos, i els nostres h\u00e0bits vitals ens empenyen a buscar maneres de no deixar de fer, en aquest cas, la nostra pr\u00e0ctica de Ioga, tan saludable i tan necess\u00e0ria sempre i a hores d&#8217;ara, amb tot el que es viu, encara m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#5a2987\" class=\"has-text-color\">Vull compartir les kriyes, meditacions i tot all\u00f2 que us pugui motivar a mantenir-vos en all\u00f2 que us pot afavorir en les tres facetes que ens defineixen; Cos, Ment i Esperit.
