I \u00e9s una manera valuosa de que vosaltres, com a pares i mares, pogueu relacionar-vos amb els vostres fills i filles des d\u2019una perspectiva amena i did\u00e0ctica alhora.<br> La meva tasca a l\u2019escola, com a extraescolar, \u00e9s la de les classes de Ioga per a nens i nenes, empr\u00e0n el m\u00e8tode \u201cChildplayYoga\u201d, practicat arreu del m\u00f3n. <br> El que puc aportar des de la dist\u00e0ncia for\u00e7ada \u00e9s material que podeu mostrar al vostres fills i filles perqu\u00e8, de la mateixa manera que fem a les classes presencials, puguin ser ells  i elles des del potencial de cadascun i cadascuna, i assoleixin les pautes que els ajuden a viure, de la millor manera, el que senten i experimenten com a nens i nenes que son.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#5a2987\" class=\"has-text-color\"><strong>&#8220;Nom\u00e9s Respira&#8221;, un potent curt que ajuda a gestionar emocions <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#5a2987\" class=\"has-text-color\">La respiraci\u00f3 conscient \u00e9s una gran eina tan pels adults com pels nens. A les meves classes pels nens i nenes \u00e9s l\u2019eina imprescindible i sempre present, que van assolint i de la que experimenten uns beneficis extraordinaris. Des de la meva experi\u00e8ncia \u00e9s el pas imprescindible per un creixement personal saludable i eficient, que tinc la satisfacci\u00f3 de veure dia a dia en els meus alumnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#5a2987\" class=\"has-text-color\">El curtmetratge que vull compartir amb vosaltres promou la consci\u00e8ncia emocional com un vehicle primari per canviar la nostra manera de vivenciar les nostres experi\u00e8ncies amb els diferents sentiments. Els nens parlen del que els fa sentir enfadats, tristos o culpables, de com reaccionen i de la manera que tenen de transformar les seves sensacions en positives.<br>\nPer realitzar aquest treball de manera completa necessitem tamb\u00e9 parlar del que ens produeix alegria, plaer i orgull, aix\u00ed com de la manera que tenim de comprendre i controlar, si cal, aquestes emocions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#5a2987\" class=\"has-text-color\">Exercitar el nostre cervell pensant i saber posar-hi paraules i expressi\u00f3 a les nostres emocions ens ajuda a desenvolupar-nos i a encarar la nostra vida de la millor manera. <br>\n\u00c9s a dir, el v\u00eddeo ens mostra com tradu\u00efr les nostres emocions a paraules, doncs \u00e9s una part vital de la seva comprensi\u00f3 at\u00e8s que les paraules es connecten amb els sentiments en si mateixos i les respostes psicofisiol\u00f2giques que generen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#5a2987\" class=\"has-text-color\">En aquest curt podem veure com els nens s\u00f3n capa\u00e7os d\u2019allunyar-se de la situaci\u00f3 i mantenir-se en l&#8217;Ara i Aqu\u00ed a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;estrat\u00e8gies de calma que saben definir a la perfecci\u00f3. \u00c9s, sens dubte, un v\u00eddeo amb un excel\u00b7lent component educatiu que podem aprofitar nens i adults.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"color:#5a2987\" class=\"has-text-color has-text-align-center\"><strong>JapJiYoga Kundalini ~ ChildPlay Yoga <br>Imma Gil Mart\u00ed  &#8211;
